What certification fees include
Assessment fees cover the official Cyber Essentials assessment through our Certification Body. Guided and managed packages add advisory or hands-on support. Optional products (for example ongoing vulnerability scanning) are described separately at purchase time.
Complaints, appeals, refunds
Complaints and assessment appeals follow IASME Certification Body processes. Refund and cancellation conditions are set out in our terms of service. Contact hello@apexward.com to raise a complaint.
