From signing up to a live programme, this is the whole path. Most organisations get through the first three steps in an afternoon.
Set up your programmeSign up
Sign up and you are in a workspace of your own. There is nothing to book and no card to enter.
Sign-in is passwordless, a passkey or a signed email link, so your team can join without anything being provisioned first.
Describe your business
You answer questions about what you run, where your boundary sits and which standards you are working towards. The programme is built from those answers, which matters because most of the effort in compliance is deciding what does not apply to you.
Controls that appear in more than one standard are mapped once. Do Cyber Essentials now and the Defence Cyber Certification later, and the second one starts part-finished.
Connect the tools you already use
Link Microsoft 365, GitHub, GitLab or Xero and evidence starts arriving on its own: configuration states, access lists, device compliance, the things someone would otherwise be screenshotting by hand.
The same connections power the continuous checks. Connecting a tool fills in today's evidence and starts watching the controls that tool is responsible for.
Let it run
Checks run between assessments. When a control slips, multi-factor coverage that quietly stopped including new starters or a device that fell out of compliance, the owner hears in the week it happens.
When the assessment comes, the audit pack is an export, because the evidence was filed against each requirement as it arrived.
What happens next
Most organisations simply keep running the free platform, which is the outcome we designed for. Two things change it: needing a dedicated instance in a region you specify, which is Enterprise; and wanting the certification itself, which Apexward Group awards as a certification body.
