Basic Cyber Essentials
Questionnaire completion often takes a few hours once controls are in place. Assessment marking depends on submission quality. Your assessment account remains active for six months from application.
If you do not pass first time
Once your answers have been submitted and assessed, an unsuccessful result normally includes a two-working-day opportunity to correct simple issues and resubmit for remarking. A further failure generally requires a new application and fee.
Cyber Essentials Plus
Allow additional time to schedule technical testing and remediate findings. Many organisations plan several weeks for Plus after the verified CE stage.
